The Mack MP7 US04 EGR Delete Tune (2006–2007) is a professional-grade ECM recalibration solution designed to fully disable and delete the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system on the Mack MP7 engine platform. The EGR system, while designed to reduce NOx emissions, is well known for causing significant performance and reliability issues over time, including clogged EGR coolers, fouled intake manifolds, increased oil contamination, and elevated coolant temperatures. This product carries a 1-year warranty against defects in the calibration file and tuning data. Warranty covers recalibration support and file correction if the tune does not perform as described under normal operating conditions. Warranty is void if the product is used on emissions-controlled public road vehicles, if the ECM has been damaged by third-party modifications, or if installation instructions are not followed. Physical damage, engine mechanical failure, and misuse are not covered under this warranty.
