Install the free version of TeamViewer on your Windows laptop from: www.TeamViewer.com
2. Connect to the Truck
Hook up to the vehicle using your diagnostic interface (NEXIQ, VOCOM, or Inline 6/7).
3. Send Your TeamViewer Credentials
Provide us with your TeamViewer ID and password so our technician can connect and complete the remote programming.
This remote programming service carries a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the tune does not perform as described or causes any verifiable ECU-related issue directly attributable to our programming, we will re-tune or refund at our discretion. Warranty is void if the ECU has been tampered with by a third party after our service, if the vehicle has been involved in a collision, or if hardware failures unrelated to the tune are present. No warranty is provided for mechanical failures unrelated to the ECU calibration.
