Akzo Diesel – Professional Tuning & Hardware Solutions
Akzo Diesel is a global team of experienced engineers specializing in advanced ECU tuning, performance optimization, and emissions system solutions for trucks, buses, construction equipment, marine engines, and industrial machinery.
Our solutions are designed to enhance engine power, improve fuel efficiency, and resolve issues related to DPF, EGR, and SCR systems—ensuring reliable performance and maximum operational efficiency for your vehicles and equipment
This service provides professional ECM and ACM programming for Caterpillar equipment manufactured between 2014 and 2018. Customers have two convenient options: remote programming via an internet connection using compatible diagnostic tools, or physically shipping their ACM and ECM modules to our facility for in-house programming. This service targets the removal or disabling of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid / SCR) systems, and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) components. Designed specifically for off-road, marine, and industrial applications where emissions compliance regulations may not apply, this tuning solution helps eliminate costly aftertreatment maintenance, regeneration cycles, and system failures. The result is improved engine reliability, better fuel economy, increased power output, and a significant reduction in downtime associated with emissions system faults. Our technicians are highly experienced with Caterpillar C7, C9, C13, C15, C18, and other CAT engine platforms found across marine vessels, generators, mining equipment, and heavy construction machinery.
This product and service is intended strictly for off-road, marine, closed-course, racing, and industrial applications where federal, state, and local emissions regulations do not apply. It is not intended for use on public roads or on vehicles/equipment subject to EPA or CARB emissions standards. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. The seller assumes no liability for misuse or improper application of this service.
OPTION 1 – REMOTE PROGRAMMING: Purchase the service and contact our support team to schedule a remote session. Ensure you have a compatible Caterpillar diagnostic tool (e.g., CAT ET / Communication Adapter) and a stable internet connection. Our technician will guide you through the process remotely. OPTION 2 – SHIP YOUR MODULES: Safely remove your ACM and ECM from your Caterpillar equipment. Package the modules securely and ship them to our facility using a trackable shipping method. Include your order number, contact information, and a brief description of your equipment. We will program the modules and return ship them to you within 2–5 business days upon receipt. Reinstall the programmed modules and start your equipment. Contact our support team if any assistance is needed during reinstallation.
This service carries a 1-year warranty against programming defects and module communication errors resulting from our workmanship. The warranty does not cover physical damage to modules, incorrect installation by the customer, use outside the intended application, or issues arising from incompatible hardware. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to assess and determine warranty eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
